2. Acceptance

By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these Terms at any time; the version published here at the time you place an order governs that order.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

4. Products and descriptions

We sell pet care products and accessories. We describe every product as accurately as we can, but product photographs are indicative. Actual colour, texture and finish may vary slightly depending on your screen and on manufacturing batches.

Our products are everyday pet care and grooming items. They are not veterinary medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition in an animal. Nothing on this site is veterinary advice. If your pet is unwell, please consult a registered veterinarian.

5. Pricing and taxes

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable GST is charged as required by law and shown on your tax invoice. Delivery is free across India, so the price shown on the product page is the amount payable — nothing is added at checkout.

We try to keep pricing accurate. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we may cancel the order rather than fulfil it. We will contact you if this happens.

6. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not by itself constitute acceptance. A contract is formed when we dispatch the goods.

We may decline or cancel an order where the item is out of stock, where we cannot deliver to your pincode, where we suspect fraud, or where there has been a pricing or listing error.

7. Cancellations by you

You may cancel an order at no cost at any time before it is dispatched by emailing support.officialkindletail@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but it may be returnable under our Refund Policy.

8. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your rights to return items and receive refunds are set out in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

9. Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. The price shown at checkout is payable in cash when the parcel is handed over to you. Nothing is charged when you place the order, and we do not collect card or bank details. Title to the goods passes to you on payment.

We may withdraw the ability to order from a pincode, or from a customer with a history of refused deliveries, at our discretion. If we begin accepting prepaid payment in future, these Terms will be updated to reflect it.

10. Intellectual property

The Kindletail name, logo, site design, text and images are our property or are used under licence, and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. We are not liable for misuse of a product, for use contrary to the instructions supplied with it, or for any injury or damage arising from leaving a pet unsupervised with a product.

12. Grievance redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, our Grievance Officer is:

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours of receipt and aim to resolve it within one month.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Satara, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
